Jon Beckett

Director

Jon has over a decade of experience managing complex electrical and fire alarm installation projects across major institutions, including London Underground, UCL, Basildon Hospital and Brunel University. Previously, he led Ocean Ltd., overseeing significant fire alarm installations in transit hubs like Waterloo and Gatwick Airport.

Chris Beckett

Founder & Director

Chris is the Founder of KFH and brings over 40 years of expertise in the commercial and industrial sectors, with a strong track record managing major projects across commercial, retail, healthcare and both public and private sectors. At KFH, he is responsible for overseeing company operations and financial management.

Danny McMenamin

Director

Danny has extensive experience managing projects across sectors, including the London Underground, leisure industry AV systems, and various UCL facilities. He has overseen major UCL projects such as Campbell House East, Roberts Engineering Building, Wilkins Library, and the Octagon.

Julie Wood

Accounts Manager

Julie is responsible for overseeing KFH’s financial operations, administration and HR requirements.  In addition to our financial management and reporting Julie has key roles in ensuring KFH is fully compliant for all health & safety audits, company policies and accreditations. Julie also manages KFH staff welfare, HR policies, all staff training and the KFH Gateway Apprenticeship Programme.

Sam Hall

Site Manager

Sam has been with KFH since leaving school and qualified as an electrician in 2019, quickly advancing to become the Lead Qualified Supervisor in 2021. He now serves as Site Manager, overseeing projects ranging from lighting upgrades and AV installations to new hospital and workshop installations, while managing teams of electricians and other trades on site. His qualifications include Level 3 in Wiring Regulations, an NVQ in Electrotechnical Systems, and Inspection and Testing certification, alongside additional training in SMSTS, first aid, asbestos awareness, and a range of health and safety protocols. Sam also manages our annual accreditation assessments, helping uphold company standards and ensure continued compliance with industry regulations.

Nick Trott

Site Supervisor and Lead Electrician

Nick has extensive experience from his early career as a qualified electrician in 1995 to co-founding Ocean Electrical Ltd., where he handled installations and maintenance across major London Underground and Network Rail stations. Nick joined KFH in 2021 and supervises key projects at UCL, Barking & Dagenham College and the Royal Brompton Hospital. His certifications include City & Guilds Level 3, ICEL Emergency Lighting, 18th Edition IEE, SSMTS, CSCS, and various safety and first aid qualifications.

Reece Flack

Site Supervisor

Reece completed his electrical apprenticeship in 2022 and quickly advanced to overseeing projects. His experience spans commercial and educational settings, including work on UCL facilities, Sainsbury’s Wellcome Centre, and Roding Valley High School, as well as various residential projects. His qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection, and SSSTS, with certifications in first aid, asbestos awareness, and working at heights.

Calum Oates

Site Supervisor

Callum completed his apprenticeship with KFH in 2022 and has since supervised a range of projects in London and Essex across universities, schools, hospitals, and residential settings. As KFH’s secondary qualified supervisor, he regularly liaises with NICEIC to uphold regulatory standards and ensure high-quality work. His qualifications include Level 3 Electrotechnical and Electrical Training, 2391 Inspection & Testing, Electric Vehicle Charging Installations, and the 18th Edition IEE certification, along with certifications in first aid, asbestos awareness, and working at heights.

Harry Lander

Electrician

Harry began his career with KFH as an apprentice and qualified as an electrician in September 2024. Since qualifying, he has continued to develop his technical expertise, achieving his City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection certification in March 2025. He has worked on a range of commercial and residential projects, including lateral mains supplies on residential premises in Chelsea and the West Rising Busbar Replacement at the UCL Roberts Building. Harry also holds PASMA and IPAF certifications, alongside training in first aid, asbestos awareness, and working at heights, ensuring safe and efficient delivery across all projects.

Jack O’Connor

Electrician

Jack began his career with KFH as an apprentice and qualified as an electrician in January 2026. Since qualifying, he has gained experience working across a variety of commercial projects, contributing to both lighting installations and upgrade works. Projects Jack has worked on include the UCL Central House Lighting & Lighting Controls project and the lighting upgrade works at the UCL Andrew Huxley Building. He also holds PASMA certification and has completed training in asbestos awareness, first aid, and working at heights, supporting safe and professional delivery on site.
